The Onboarding Programme was created to integrate you, the newcomer, into the Organisation and your new functions.

With this programme, we provide the necessary information to help you smoothly integrate into your new job at INL.

The duration of your Onboarding plan is 90 days.

On your first day, you will have an HR Welcome Session to welcome you aboard, give you a brief overview of INL and your Onboarding, and clarify any questions you might have. You will also have a follow-up session a week after for any additional doubts that might come up during that time.

During the first month, you will also be invited to attend different training/activities from various units to provide you with relevant information about INL. Each session plays a crucial role in your integration process, hence supporting the beginning of your journey towards your employee performance and professional excellence.

Upon completing your first 90 days, it’s expected that you feel well adapted within the Organisation and your new functions. After this period, a Survey will be sent to you by your HR Partner. This survey will allow us to collect your feedback and implement further improvements to the Onboarding Programme.

* These trainings are provided in a Web-based learning format and will be shared with you on your first day. The HE&S training will also have an in-person training scheduled.
