Travel Arrangements

If you reside more than 200 km from INL, we will assist with your travel expenses and handle the necessary arrangements, where applicable. To initiate the process, please complete the travel request form and submit it to the HR department.

For those requiring air travel to Portugal, INL will coordinate directly with our contracted travel agency to organize your flight. Our team is here to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience as you join us at INL.

Booking Accommodation for Your Arrival

INL provides on-site accommodation at our Guest House for your first two weeks, with the option to extend your stay for an additional two weeks, subject to availability. If you would like to reserve a room, please contact HR, and they will assist you by providing the necessary contacts and details to secure your booking.

Our goal is to make your transition to INL as smooth and comfortable as possible during your initial arrival.

Arrival and Check-In Instructions

On your first day at INL, please enter through the main gate, situated across from Rodovia Park. Upon arrival, proceed to the INL Reception (Front Desk) located in the main lobby. Here, you will complete the necessary check-in formalities with the security guard on duty.

You will be issued an identification card, which you must carry at all times while on the premises. This card is essential for accessing the facilities and ensuring your security within our campus. If you have any questions or need assistance, our reception staff will be happy to help.
